  11. - set tooltype "CUSTOM1=1" for cheat mode (infinite lives and free choice
  12.   of level)

  15. Captain Planet is © 1991 Mindscape. It was coded by Tony 'Ratt' Crowther,
  16. graphics were by Jason Kingsley, and the music was by "WE MUSIC THE
  17. RETURN", which I suspect may be "the return of W.E.M.U.S.I.C.", aka Tony
  18. 'Ratt' Crowther and Ben 'Benn' Daglish (C64 fans examine your High Voltage
  19. SID collection: /Daglish_Ben/Ben_and_Tony_Music.sid).
